According to the most recent report from blockchain analytics company Nansen, CryptoPunks 5822, which sold for a staggering $23.4 Million, is the most valuable NFT ever. With their 10,000-piece NFT collection, CryptoPunks has topped the list of Top 10 Most Expensive Purchases.

The CEO of Chain, a blockchain infrastructure business, Deepak Thapliyal, owns CryptoPunks 5822, a blue extraterrestrial with a bandana.
After being sold for a substantial $11.078 million, CryptoPunks 4156 was in second place. However, Nick Tomaino, the founder and general partner of the cryptocurrency investment company 1confirmation, purchased the punk once again in July 2022. For a loss of around $7 million, this deal was completed for $3.3 million.
The third most expensive NFT on the list is CryptoPunks 5577, which sold for $7.8 million. CryptoPunks 3100 and 7804, which were sold for a combined $7.5 Million, are currently in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
While CryptoPunks 8857 was sold for $6.41 Million and ranked as the seventh most expensive NFT, CryptoPunks 5217 held the ninth spot on the list and cost $5.36 Million. Additionally, CryptoPunks 7252, which cost $5.312 Million to purchase, is the tenth most costly NFT.
